Preguntas frecuentes

Some questions and answers are automatically generated.

Does this kit include diaphragms?

This kit contains washers, O-rings, and poppets, but does not include diaphragms. Some customers report confusion about this—the kit 53066H specifically excludes the diaphragm, so verify which variant you need before ordering.

Will this fix a leaking valve?

Many customers report that replacing these parts resolved leaking anti-siphon valves. However, the repair's success depends on the specific cause of the leak; some customers found the kit alone did not solve their issue, suggesting the problem may lie elsewhere in the valve system.

Is this an exact fit?

Most customers report this kit fits their Orbit and other major brand anti-siphon valves exactly as needed. It is designed to be compatible with manual anti-siphon valves from Orbit, Superior, and other major manufacturers.

Will this work with older valves?

Yes—several customers have used this kit to repair valves that are decades old. One reviewer used it to restore a 35-year-old brass anti-siphon valve, avoiding the need to replace the entire valve manifold.

What brands are compatible?

The kit is designed for manual anti-siphon valves from Orbit, Superior, and other major brands. If you are unsure whether your valve is compatible, verify the brand and model before ordering.

Can I find this part elsewhere?

Multiple customers report difficulty finding this kit in retail stores and note that ordering directly is often the only reliable source for these replacement parts.

I’ve tried calling technical support several times to get my orbit valve manifold system working to no avail. I also bought replacement diaphragms and put them in and that didn’t make any difference. Very disappointed in the technical expertise provided by orbit, it seems like no one there really understands how to address my valves continuing to remain open at all times.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience with getting support for your valve that will not close. We will be taking a further look into your conversations to see how we can improve for the future, and someone from our Customer Care team will be reaching out to you with assistance. Have a great rest of your day.

Good source for older style valve parts

The online store was the only place I could find the proper diaphragms for some older automated valves in my sprinkler system. I don’t want to have to replace the valve manifold so I loaded up on what I needed to avoid updating to newer style valves and diaphragms.

The new diaphragms fixed the leak problem.

The new diaphragms fixed the leak problem. Spring has sprung in south east AZ, so I turned on the water, after setting idle all winter long, and everyone of the nine valves leaked. This had never happened before, but I assume that after 5 years in operation, everything eventually breaks? I replaced every diaphragm and we are back in operation. All nine valves open and close as programmed. Thanks to Orbit for the instruction videos and all the videos I found on YouTube. The work was not difficult, and the videos showed me what to do, step by step. Now, it is time to plant my flowers and enjoy their beautiful blooms, all summer and fall.

Hi

Not the same

The parts are not the same as mine as I needed to use the old rubber diaphram with the tab on one side to seal the dripping leak. But finally it work by changing to the old seal.
