Had a ground hog eat the wire on 2 Yard Enforcers. Replace the valves with plug and wire. Unfortunately when wires were chewed it messed up electronics so it necessitated buying 2 new Motion Sensors. Perhaps a redesign would hide or better protect the wires from the Motion Sensor to the valve.
At the end of May after following all the troubleshooting info in the booklet I contacted Orbit to find out if I could fix my Enforcers. Until that point I've been very happy with them They're the only things that kept deer away from my flower garden. They worked but constantly without anything setting them off. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with a gentleman who slowly figured out problem. He was reading something. He gave me a code for sensor heads. About 10 days later a package arrived but it wasn't sensor heads. It was for a lawn watering device. Recontacted Orbit and talked to your robots. After a frustrating back and forth, the problem was resolved. I waited another week and the heads arrived and have been installed. Unfortunately deer had destroyed half my garden by then. Very Disappointed!

I have had a lot of technical difficulties with your motion activated sprinklers. Also parts seem to always be out of stock. I was happy this one replenished quickly vs the valve which was on back order for almost all of last summer.
