Why won’t the bot accept my product model number?

Make sure to read the questions carefully, the second question is actually if you have your model number (yes or no) and is not yet asking for the model number.

Why my zip code is not being recognized?

The address validation is done after entering the zip code, but most of the time it is the street information that is causing the problem. Please be sure that you are only entering the address number, street name and apartment or unit number for the first question about the address.

What happens next?

If your request is accepted and you received confirmation from the bot, there is nothing else that you need to do. Your replacement product should arrive in the next 5-10 business days. If your situation requires additional review, a member of our customer care team will be reaching out to you soon.
