The Blu-Lock removal tool kit is specifically designed for removing 3/4-in. and 1-in. Blu-Lock fittings from Blu-Lock pipe. Blu-Lock is built to withstand operating pressure of 100 PSI and still be releasable should you need to remove a fitting to add or reconfigure a lateral or swing line. Simply insert the steel portion of the removal tool into the fitting, press down on the ergonomic collar with one hand, and twist the pipe out of the fitting with the other hand. The fitting and removal tools are reusable. Note that 1/2-in. fittings have a release collar built into the fitting. For outdoor irrigation use with cold water only.
