How To Replace A Sprinkler Valve Solenoid

  

I recently called your tech support to inquire about a problem I was having with my orbit timer. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone confirmed that the timer was bad, and after asking me how long ago I purchased it, ( approx. 1 year ago ), he told me he would send me a new one in the mail. I was surprised, since I had merely called to see if it was fixable or if I should replace it. I certainly had not expected to be given a brand new one. Because you didn't hesitate to stand behind your product, I am now a loyal Orbit customer. I recently went to Home Depot to replace some sprinkler heads. Instead of buying Toro or Rainbird as I usually do, I proudly bought Orbit sprinkers instead. Thank you, Nathalia

I just finished installing your Orbit Sprinkler Timer Model 57979 in my home watering system. What a great product! My system is 15yrs old and my previous timer (the Oasis Dundee 5-9) quit operating. I looked at the timers at Home Depot here in Oregon (Rainbird, Toro, and yours) and selected your timer. I am very happy I did. It looked like the best timer while I was in the store and it became very apparent as I installed it that it is a very well engineered quality product.
