This timer can be used for irrigation systems with up to 12 zones or valves. The large buttons and LCD screen make it easy to use. It has two independent programs that can be set to run your sprinkler system multiple times in a day from 1 to 99 minutes. If it rains, there is a convenient rain delay button that postpones your program for 24, 48, or 72 hours; or connect it to a rain sensor. Water budgeting allows you to adjust the watering program to meet seasonal needs without reprogramming the timer. It can also be installed indoors or outdoors. Because the transformer is built into the timer, it can be hard wired directly into a 100 VAC breaker box. If you choose to install the timer indoors, it comes with a 3-pronged plug for standard outlets. It also comes incased in a heavy-duty cabinet that is UV resistant and protects the timer from the sun, rain, and other weather conditions. The keyed lock prohibits tampering.
